Ronan Furlong Live !
Hailed as “an inventive guitarist and lyricist everywhere from the US and Brazil to Italy and India” by Hot Press magazine, Ronan Furlong makes a welcome return to Wexford Arts Centre.
As one of Ireland’s best guitarists and singer-songwriters, Ronan brings a baroque folk vibe to an eclectic set covering everything from intricate Celtic and Iberian influenced pieces to eastern styled anthems and powerful ballads.
A celebrated recording artist – four of his albums appeared in the Hot Press top twenty folk albums of the year – as a live performer, Wexford-born Ronan combines raw energy with soulful depth.
“Furlong is an assured and engaging solo performer with an expressive, flexible voice and dextrous guitar playing.” (Jackie Hayden)
All of the singles from Ronan’s 2025 album Elysium have already received global airplay and glowing international reviews.
‘So I’m clinging to the apex
I’ve no more edge to gain
Surveying all the carnage
From all that I became.’
