Monday 14th August 7pm - Evening Party for Seniors & Active Retired in our festival marquee - a free event for our local seniors and active retired groups - food and entertainment and a great night guaranteed and a wonderful way to end our Village Festival.
None of this would be possible without the generous support of local businesses and sponsors who provide the location, sponsor our marquee, provide food for BBQ, and Seniors Evening Party etc. and all of our volunteers who help out at every stage of planning and running events and all the clean up afterwards...without the community coming together this festival would never happen so a big thank you to all involved.
Last year, thanks to the generosity of all, we raised funds for our village Christmas lights, which I know we all enjoyed and this year we hope to raise funds for the Parent Association of Scoil Réalt na Mara and begin fundraising for a playground in Kilmore village.
So save the weekend of 11th-14th August 2017 - Kilmore Village Spud Fest 2017 is on the way!!!!
