Terms and Conditions 

By entering the competition, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions.   

The Visit Wexford competition will run from 15th January 2026, closing on 30th January 2026. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via Visit Wexford’s official email address only.  

 

The competition consists of: 

 

ACCOMMODATION  

  • Whites of Wexford – One Night B&B (2 adults and 2 kids) 
  • Brandon House Hotel – 2 Nights B&B (2 adults and 2 kids) 
  • IOAC – One night Glamping for family of four 

 

ACTIVITIES 

  • IOAC – Family of four 1 hour Archery Session 
  • Johnstown Castle – Family day pass (garden and museum only) 
  • Irish National Heritage Park – Family admission (2 adults & up to 3 kids) 
  • Wells House & Gardens – Family pass including animal experience 
  • Secret Valley Wildlife Park – Entrance for 2 adults & 3 kids 
  • Kennedy Homestead – 2 adults + 2 kids  
  • Dunbrody Famine Ship – 2 adults + 2 kids experience  

 

Individual T&Cs apply at all venues. 

   

Entry Rules:   

  • Entry to the prize draw is via the Visit Wexford website.  
  • To enter, participants must fill out their details on the form, including their email address. They may subscribe to Visit Wexford email newsletter if they wish. 
  • All entries must be submitted in full and in the correct format before the competition’s advertised closing time and date.   
  • Visit Wexford does not accept responsibility for any technical issues which may result in entries being delayed, lost, or not received.   
  • Entrants must be over 18 years old. Visit Wexford reserves the right to request proof of age from the winner.   
  • Entrants must familiarise themselves with and accept the terms and conditions of the prize providers. 
  • Multiple entries are permitted but unique email addresses must be used.   

  

Winner Selection & Notification:   

  • The winner will be selected at random.  
  • The winner will be notified via email from Whites of Wexford. Please ensure the email you provide is monitored so that you can claim your prize.  
  • By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Visit Wexford and/or Whites of Wexford for the purpose of prize delivery and follow-up.   
  • The winner will be notified no later than one week after the closing date. The winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize notification within 48 hours from the first contact. 
  • Unless otherwise stated, winners must claim their prize directly from the relevant prize provider(s).   
  • If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe (48 hours), Visit Wexford reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected entrant.   

  

Prize Conditions:   

  • Prizes are subject to availability and must be redeemed subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. 
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.   
  • Visit Wexford and its partners reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.   
  • Winners may be asked to participate in publicity (including online and social media) related to the competition.      

   

Data Protection   

All personal data collected during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Irish data protection legislation.   

  • Data submitted by entrants will be retained by Visit Wexford for a maximum of one year following the competition closing date to deal with any related queries.   
  • For prize delivery purposes, Visit Wexford may need to share the winner’s contact details with the relevant prize providers listed above.
