The Gorey Yellow Belly Comedy Festival is back for its fourth year this autumn, bringing five nights of top-class entertainment and Ireland’s best comedic talent to North Wexford. Running from Friday, 19th September 2025, the festival promises an unmissable programme of stand-up shows, emerging talent, and plenty of laughter in the heart of Gorey.
Proudly supported by Wexford County Council and hosted in partnership with the Ashdown Park Hotel, Loch Garman Arms, The 64, and – new for 2025 – Browne’s Bar, this much-loved comedy festival is now a highlight of Wexford’s cultural calendar.
What’s On at the Gorey Yellow Belly Comedy Festival 2025?
This year’s line-up features a mix of household names and fresh voices from the Irish comedy scene. Audiences can look forward to performances from:
- Cornelius Patrick O’Sullivan
- Enya Martin
- Pat McDonnell
- Colin Murphy
- And the ever-popular Neil Delamere, returning to headline the Gala Night at the Ashdown Park Hotel on Sunday, 19th October.
A brand-new addition to the programme is the “Stand Up and Coming” night at the Loch Garman Arms. This exciting showcase will spotlight Ireland’s rising comedic stars – giving festival-goers the chance to catch the next generation of Irish comedy talent before they hit the big time.
