Saving Palladio in Wexford – Lecture by Dr Edmund McParland on Saunderscourt Gate Lodge

The Irish Landmark Trust is about to embark on a major restoration of the Gate Lodge at Saunderscourt to bring it back to useful life as self-catering accommodation for short-term letting.  Accordingly, in conjunction with Wexford Historical Society and sponsored by Castleacre, a lecture will be held in the Ferrycarrig Hotel on Tuesday 20 May at 7.30pm.

The lecture entitled ‘Saving Palladio in Wexford’ will be given by author and architectural historian, Dr Edward McPartland and will give wonderful insights on this unique building and landmark project.
