The Hook Lighthouse Visitor Centre Café is located in the former keepers houses, it includes a first class gift shop and café and bakery, where friendly staff are happy to help with any tourist information you require. Here, you can relax by the sea with a coffee and a homemade scone, lunch or dinner and keep an eye out for seals, dolphins and even whales!
In clear weather you can see for miles and in a storm the spray often reaches the top of the lighthouse!

To adhere to government guidelines, we have limited visitor capacity. Every person visiting needs to book a Free Grounds Access Pass here.

Open Year Round

Daily 10.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
Tours every half hour from 10.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. and later during peak season.

July & August

Daily 10.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
Last access to the grounds is at 4 pm and dining closes at 5pm.

 

Closed: Christmas eve and Christmas Day.
Open 26th Dec. and all through the holiday period.

 

Last admission: 30 min. before closing time

 

Approx. visit duration: Allow 30 min for the tour.
To fully enjoy the site allow up to 2 hrs.
