Pop-Up Events – Wexford Festival Opera
Wexford Festival Opera will take to the streets of the town again this year with a series of daily Festival Pop-Up performance events.
These free multidisciplinary performances will feature music, drama, singing and dance and will be performed in various shops and businesses around Wexford town.
Performances will include artists from the Wexford Factory, the Festival’s academy for young Irish singers, together with artists from the Festival’s main stage programme. So, you never know who you might see singing from a window on Main Street or performing in a Café when you pop in!
The nature of these events means they can be enjoyed by festival-goers, the local community, and the general passer-by!
Forming an essential part of the Festival experience, Pop-Up performances are planned throughout the Festival. There will be something for everyone.
