Frankie McCafferty renowned actor of stage and screen (Ballykissangel, In the Name of the Father, Angela’s Ashes, Philomena, Vikings, Ripper Street) brings his outstanding one man show Lisdoonvarna to Wexford Arts Centre.  its 1983 and we follow 17 year old Macker on a life changing trip to Irish Glastonbury- Lisdoonvarna.On the back of a motorbike, he journeys through 80s Ireland, filled with music, rebellion, & transition. With camping gear & cheap booze, Macker discovers the spirit of youth & freedom amidst a changing country.
