New Heritage Theatre Presents Outrage at the National Opera House

New Heritage Theatre – a fresh and vibrant drama group – are proud to present Seona O’Connor, Catherine Stafford and Sean Byrne in Deirdre Kinahan’s poignant and deeply moving play ‘Outrage’.

Directed by Pat Whelan, Outrage looks at the role played by women during the Irish Revolutionary Wars. It centres on a pair of sisters, both equally passionate, albeit with different ways of expressing it. They are fervent, they are funny, they are human. Outrage challenges the historical narrative we have all grown up with and is written out of true testimony of women we have never heard about.
