BBQ Workshops with Smokin’ Soul

Perfect your skills in time for the BBQ season with Smokin’ Soul. Ireland’s only professional BBQ equipment manufacturer, Smokin’ Soul, has just announced the Spring dates for its hugely successful 2-day BBQ workshops, which will take place on the 11/12 April 2020 at the company’s base in New Ross.
Usually attended by members of the food industry, this year’s courses are open to all BBQ enthusiasts and are sure to give you a professional edge at the ‘grill’ this summer.
These hands-on workshops cover all aspects of successful BBQ’ing from how to choose and use your equipment to selecting the perfect cuts and how to prepare and cook them.
- Saturday 11th April will cover open fire cooking, direct and indirect barbecuing and grilling.
- Sunday 12th April will deal primarily with smoked meats and how to use real authentic timber smokers.

You can also catch Smokin’ Soul at festivals around the country during 2020. The duo’s traveling food theatre cooks up whole chickens, full lambs, pork and beef ribs, beef brisket, pork collar, signature jerk chicken and steak on their own ‘rigs’. Uniquely Smokin’ Soul also cooks meat and vegetables directly on charcoal which is called caveman-style cooking.
