‘People think because I was diagnosed so young that it’s all I’ve ever known, that I don’t miss what I never had. But I do. I do miss it’

A new play about illness, family and resilience written by Marnie Fay.

How do you cope when your child is diagnosed with an ‘incurable’ illness? Molly follows one family’s journey through hospitals, playgrounds, transplant wards and schoolyards.  Blending poetic narration, sharp dialogue and moments of unexpected humour. Molly explores motherhood and guilt, resilience and rage, faith and superstition, and what it really means to be “sick”. Deeply human and quietly devastating, Molly is a story about love, survival, and hope.

Directed by Tony McCleane-Fay
