The Amber Springs Hotel Wexford has award-winning cuisine throughout its four restaurants in Gorey.  We can truly boast of bringing produce from Farm-to-Fork as much of our produce is nurtured naturally on the hotel’s own Redmond Farm minutes away. You can enjoy excellent succulent free-range Angus beef in the adult-only FARM Steakhouse which opened in early 2016 with freshly harvested vegetables and daily handpicked Irish potatoes – all of which are delivered daily to our kitchens from the farm.

A big hit with guests and visitors alike is our authentic Italian Garden restaurant, FARINA in the heart of the Amber Springs.  Here surrounded by the Italian ambience you can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, anti-pasta and pasta dishes. The team use wonderful natural fresh produce, which is grown without pesticides in an organic environment. The beauty of FARINA is our alfresco dining option looking over the garden pond and bridge back to the Amber.

BBG is our bar and grill, a relaxed restaurant off the hotel’s main lobby. A big favourite for all the family BBG has an excellent menu for all the family served from 12 noon to 9pm. There is also a covered courtyard area for relaxed outdoor dining no matter the weather!

Upstairs in the Amber is Kelby’s which is open for breakfast daily and selected evenings across the week, for bookings and private dining’s.
