Blackwater FootGolf Course

Blackwater FootGolf Course

Blackwater Golf Course now has the new exciting sport that is sweeping the nation and the world. Footgolf. Footgolf started in the Netherlands in 2009 and has grown rapidly around Europe and America ever since, Ireland now housing more than 10 Footgolf courses. Blackwater Footgolf Course is different than these as it is the first Footgolf course to be built solely for Footgolf, other courses usually deriving from Par 3 golf courses or pitch and putt courses.

Blackwater Footgolf is much cheaper than competitors and is currently charging only €5 a round(July 2014) as well as having a 2nd round half price deal. It takes around an hour for a 3 or 4 ball to play a round. The holes are of varying lengths between 40 and 90 yards, at these lengths many may think this could be simple, this is not the case, as in addition to distance great accuracy is required. Footgolf is a game for all ages from 4 to 74 and is a great game for families with a special family rate also given.

Soft drinks and snacks are available at reception and there is a toilet at the course. Balls are provided free of charge unlike other footgolf courses and thus we encourage you not to bring your own.

At the course, there is plenty of space for parking and 18 holes of exhilarating Footgolf and an experience unlike any other. For more information contact us on 0873497201 or 0539127199.
