As part of National Heritage Week 2026, Wells House & Gardens invites you to discover the hidden stories of one of Ireland’s finest Victorian estates on an exclusive Behind the Hidden Doors of Wells House tour.

Led by Damian Cullen, Property Manager with the Sean Doyle Group, author and local historian, this unique guided experience takes visitors beyond the rooms normally open to the public. Journey from the basement to the attic and explore hidden spaces while uncovering the fascinating history of the Doyne family, the architectural brilliance of Daniel Robertson, and the people and events that have shaped Wells House through the generations.
