Resilience, Relaxation, Rejuvenation – A five week workshop
Each session includes a lesson, relaxation exercises and guided meditation, having a
themed focus and aims to reduce stress, increase resilience and rejuvenate well
This course aims, to make a space of quiet and looking from a different
perspective. To explore how stress works on our systems, to reduce it and let go
of ‘being busy’ and having a turbulent mind. To have time out that allows
rejuvenation at many levels, to learn little techniques to win moments of calm and
peace in the storms that can be life. Participate in a relaxed, warm and safe
environment that aims to be enjoyable and fun.
Suitable for anyone who wishes to relax, learn something new and become more
mindful in their day, hoping to improve their tolerance, well-being and peace of
mind. No experience required other than a willingness to participate and enjoy.
PLEASE WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING THAT ALLOWS MOVEMENT, and
OPTIONAL – AN EXTRA ITEM OR BLANKET THAT CAN KEEP YOU WARM.
