The 33rd Annual Seafood Festival
The Kilmore Quay Seafood Festival is an annual event offering seafood and entertainment for all the family. Delicious Seafood Platters available from Thursday to Sunday 12.30 – 19.30 (18.00 on Sunday) in “The Loft” at the Stella Maris Centre.
Festival highlights include,
Sunday 8th July – Festival Bingo. Fun for all ages.
Monday 9th – Thursday 12th July – Festival workshops for children with Red Moon Theatre Group
Wednesday 11th July – Festival Bridge, Launch of Festival and Wexford Camera Club Exhibition in the Stella Maris Centre with evening entertainment.
Seafood Platter Competition judged by Michelin Star Chef Derry Clarke and Food Consultant Eleanor Walsh.
Thursday 12th July -Seafood Platters and Photographic/Art Exhibitions in the Stella Maris Centre.
Evening Parade to the Harbour for the Official Opening of the Festival by Ruth Hegarty (Nora Keogh from Fair City). Bloco Garman and Intro will provide live entertainment. Refreshments available for all.

Friday 13th July -Seafood Platters and Photographic/Art Exhibitions in the Stella Maris Centre.
Fish Friday Market offering cookery demonstration, wine appreciation and food tastings from award winning chefs.
Family Fun Day – ” Life’s a Beach ” – with kayaking and events organised by Red Moon Theatre including sand castle competiton, sack races, egg and spoon races etc.
Evening Festival Lecture by Jim Hurley will focus on the Keeraghs
Sunset Yoga with Eileen Rowe.

Saturday 14th July -Seafood Platters and Photographic/Art Exhibitions in the Stella Maris Centre.
Harbour stalls at the Marina. Seaweed Foraging, Teddy Bear’s Picnic. Red Moon Puppet Theatre. Nature walk with Jim Hurley. Sea Kayaking. Saltees Yacht Challenge. Seafood Festival Run. Sea Shanties Session.

Sunday 15th July – Seafood Platters and Photographic/Art Exhibitions in the Stella Maris Centre.
Sunrise Yoga. Sea Kayaking. Harbour Stalls at the Marina. Afternoon entertainment with South End Sea Shanties, live music with the Submersibles and Festival Céile. Herb Workshop. Festival Raffle Draw.
