About Us
We are Karen and Natalie Keane sisters and founders of Bean and Goose. We make chocolate at Last Tree Farm based in the Wexford countryside.
We are a single origin chocolate brand inspired by Irish designers, food producers and other makers to create exciting and beautiful chocolate. 

We source our raw cocoa ingredients come from all over the world but our flavours are inspired by our surroundings in the Wexford countryside. We use ingredients that reflect and celebrate the Irish seasons.
Bean and Goose reflects contemporary Ireland, its flavours, its colours and its people.

Our chocolate making experiences allow guests to enjoy the patience and rhythm involved in hand making chocolate using time honoured techniques and natural ingredients. Our workshops bring elements of our chocolate making knowledge and creative process to life.

  • There are peak times in the year when we might not be available
  • We can accommodate larger groups – please ask when booking
  • 25% deposit due at booking
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before booking otherwise a 50% charge will apply
