Food and Drink in Wexford

Wexford's rich agricultural hinterland and beautiful extensive coast have ensured a long and distinguished culinary heritage. Traditionally Wexford has always been the premier food producer in Ireland – from potatoes to cheese to strawberries – over the last decade there has been a large rise in artisan food producers and farmers markets cementing Wexford’s place in the palette of Ireland  and further afield.
