Monthly in The Ashdown Park Hotel's Ivy Bar and Restaurant free farmhouse cooking masterclasses are held. Presented by the Ashdown Park Hotel's Director of Kitchen Operations Chris Farrell, who has years of extensive experience in some of the top hotels and restaurants in Ireland and beyond.
Using the produce from the hotel's own Redmond Farm Chris takes you through some really tasty, seasonal dishes which you will be able to then pop home and prepare!
